Goodman is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager (based in Frankfurt or Amsterdam) to join our expanding Data Centre project team. - Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) up to the appointment of an external Lead Appointed Party and oversee the process thereafter, including document control, naming conventions, review workflows, and issue resolution.
- Serve as Goodman’s primary contact for digital delivery on projects in Germany and the Netherlands, ensuring compliance with Goodman’s requirements.
- Oversee, support, and audit the document & information management responsibilities of the lead appointed party, lead designer, and general contractors in ACC.
Project Compliance:
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to ISO 19650 and Goodman’s information management standards.
- Oversee projects from concept to operations, reviewing and approving stage handover deliverables, and guiding document issuers to meet quality standards.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations, engaging both upstream customers and downstream supply chain partners.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients on project status, risks, and key decisions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Fully understand and uphold Goodman’s established information management standards.
- Review lessons learnt for continuous improvement opportunities, providing feedback to the Digital Integrator on how to maintain and enhance Goodman’s current information requirements and processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in delivering international multi-disciplinary BIM projects, with practical experience as a Digital Delivery Manager, BIM Lead, or BIM Manager in the data centre industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interfacing with clients and BIM experts from international organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 19650 and experience in delivering projects in accordance with this standard. Strong understanding of data management standards such as COBie, Uniclass, and Uniformat.
- Proficiency in Common Data Environment platforms and processes, with practical experience in project delivery, including expertise with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) docs, built, and cost management modules.
- Proficiency in authoring software, primarily Revit, and reviewing software such as Navisworks and/or Solibri.
- Proficiency in M365 (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) with an understanding of data validation and data management principles.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, ICT, security systems, and civil, structural, and architectural practices within data centres.
- Professional and personable demeanor with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and presentations to both end customers and supply chain partners.
- Fluency in English and Dutch or German, depending the location.
