Description:
About the roleWe are seeking a talented Senior Digital Designer (Multimedia) to join our dynamic team and lead the development and production of multimedia, livestreaming and graphic design projects. This role requires a unique blend of creative prowess, technical proficiency, and exceptional project management skills. As a Senior Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and creating impactful multimedia designs that resonate with our audience. You will also apply your advanced graphic design skills to develop compelling visual narratives that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of communication professionals, driving innovation and delivering high-quality visual content across various digital platforms.
Key responsibilities- Actively participate as a senior member of a multi-disciplinary team of creative professionals in the delivery of graphic design, audio visual production, animation and motion design, photography, and livestream services across traditional and digital mediums.- Provide expert and timely advice and support to team members and other key stakeholders on best practice videography, animation services, livestreaming and graphic design processes to support the delivery of communication and organisational outcomes.- Film high quality video on cameras and equipment for multiple digital channels.- Use a variety of contemporary software tools including Adobe Creative Suite Premier Pro, Premier Link, Adobe Audition, Lightroom and After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Media Encoder- Provide production support for lighting, setup, pack-down, camera operation, direction and sound recording.- Provide digital design services and typography.- Provide post-production services, including sound mixing, colour grading, video editing, captioning and hosting solutions.- Engage in continuous professional development to keep up to date with new technology, equipment and digital media channels.- Maintain an understanding of and adherence to human resource and financial management processes and policies.
