REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years experience in a design-related role
  • Experience working on digital design projects
  • A good understanding of digital channels, social media and digital marketing with a strong instinct for brand positioning and aesthetics
  • Highly competent in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Slides, Wix, Shopify
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment that involves working on a variety of projects
  • Strong ability to manage own time and prioritising own workload
  • A great sense of visual communication and typography
  • The ability to understand the requirements of a brief and follow different visual guides
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Can travel to Leatherhead twice a week

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Designer who is looking to take their career to the next level in an agency environment. The Digital Designer takes ownership of digital content, designing and creating digital assets, video content, websites/landing pages and social assets for Broadplace and their clients. They will work closely with the Marketing and Client Delivery teams in the following areas;

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Agency’s Internal Sales & Marketing Team with the development of creative and assets to promote Broadplace.
  • Support the Biddable Account management team in the delivery of digital creative assets across all their platforms including Google, Youtube, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Support the SEO and Digital PR team in the delivery of their creative including Infographics, Whitepapers, Microsites and Blog Imagery
  • The ability to help shape and lead the agency’s creative and design services and in particular our ability to create engaging digital ads in various formats including short-form video
  • Supporting the sales team with presentation decks and sales collateral
  • Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
  • Maintaining high standards, brand consistency and ensuring the best output of design across all channels.
  • Ideation and creation of a range of digital content and assets and occasional printed collateral for events, etc
  • Social assets for use on Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Display Ads and Banners for use on Google and other publisher networks
  • Infographics, explainers
  • Merchandise design and proofing
  • Pitches and presentations
  • Branded content, including e-shots, newsletters, event invitations, etc.
  • Communicating and training the agency team so they understand the basic principles of design and what best practice looks like across all the platforms we work across
    Ideally, a successful candidate will have an aptitude for working in a fast-paced agency culture, and deeply understand the requirements to effectively contribute to a growth-driven company.
