As an eCommerce assistant, you will create content and manage merchandising. You will consult with retail partners to streamline fulfilment processes and maintain an appealing virtual storefront. Additionally, you will enhance personalisation in both digital and physical environments, contribute to marketing efforts, and drive service improvement through innovative ideas and processes.

  • Overseeing daily aspects of Heathrow’s online retail business to boost conversion rates, basket sizes, upselling, and repeat purchases.
  • Enhancing content and merchandising based on real-time customer attributes.
  • Supporting personalised customer journeys for better experience and revenue.
  • Improving operational efficiencies to enhance customer experience, reduce stock declines, and increase collections.
  • Assisting Retail eCommerce Manager with ad hoc duties.
  • Merchandising and trading the site to drive conversions.
  • Managing non-automated retailer content, including manual product feed uploads.
  • Maintaining relationships with online retail partners and align with offline account management teams.
  • Collaborating with retail operations to ensure seamless customer experience and process compliance.
  • Creating SEO-focused, on-brand content to drive organic traffic.
  • Working with various digital teams to execute the annual marketing plan.
  • Setting up, maintain, and monitor on-site promotions to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Identifying and support digital marketing initiatives like PPC and Affiliates.
  • Providing regular performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Delivering content and merchandise in line with Marketing and Digital strategy for current and future customer needs.
  • Conducting A/B tests to enhance platform performance based on bestsellers, seasonality, and customer segments.
  • eCommerce and digital marketing experience required.
  • Experience using online analytics toolset.
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop knowledge.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and aptitude to sensitively challenge the status-quo.
  • Flexible and adaptable to new challenges.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • A fast learner, with the appetite to grow their knowledge in eCommerce.
  • Retail eCommerce experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud, business manager and order management experience preferred.Adobe Analytics preferred.
