Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead the development of the local digital strategy and plans.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of digital media including SEO, ASO, Paid Search, Paid Social, ABM, email marketing, Social Media community management, programmatic display marketing, DCO, Community Marketing, and Influencer Marketing.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to create annual local media investment strategies, prioritizing budgets based on business strategies
  • Build local brand social accounts, strategy, and content management framework.
  • Elevate content strategy and develop content strategists to manage various writing materials.
  • Stay updated on industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics
  • Develop and own digital customer journeys in collaboration with Comms and Brand teams.
  • Implement and manage digital initiatives, creating engaging content across various channels.
  • Build a strategic digital roadmap, identify martech requirements, and introduce improvements to current platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with brand and colour teams on all digital platforms ( website, Dulux Connect, CRM, ecommerce…)
  • Partner with global digital teams & ASEAN digital managers to advise and review digital plans for both always-on and campaign investments

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in digital leadership positions.
  • Solid understanding of digital & social media, content marketing, mobile marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and martech ecosystems.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in using advanced analytics methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Adobe stacks, Google, FB, Tiktok, LinkedIn ecosystems, and mobile marketing platforms.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduation in business/management/marketing/IT/Digital is a plus.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
