We are looking to hire an Digital & eCommerce Sr. Product Manager immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital & eCommerce Sr. Product Manager will have responsibility for North America Digital Shelf Capabilities across key online retailers. The Digital Capabilities are constantly evolving, and this role will help us assess our capabilities to what is needed to succeed in Omnichannel and lead McCormick in staying ahead of our competitors and the needs of our retailers. A successful candidate will have a strong track record of building strategic roadmaps, strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, demonstrated change and stakeholder management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in eCommerce, Marketing Analytics, CPG, technology Product Management or related field
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking, business analytics, project management, and communication.
  • Demonstrated expertise collaborating cross-functionally, generating roadmaps, and managing change, stakeholders, and timelines in a fluid environment
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and report on insights.
  • Understanding of the industry sector and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated diligence following through on all commitments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, screen and validate complex information in a fluid environment to execute complex strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative to gather feedback and identify solutions for customer and market needs and challenges

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong background in and understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing technology.
  • eCommerce experience with key accounts such as Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Albertson’s, Instacart
  • Demonstrated experience managing quantitative information and iterative testing to drive business decisions
  • Experience with marketing technology providers such as Salsify, Edge, Profitero, Circana, Syndigo, Power Reviews etc
