Context:
SYSTRA is seeking a talented Digital Engineer responsible for creating, testing and maintaining software solutions to support and enhance our digital engineering processes and workflows. You will work collaboratively with design engineers and other internal stakeholders to develop innovative software solutions and processes that enhance efficiency, productivity and decision-making.

Missions/Main Duties:

• Develop and maintain software applications using relevant programming languages (Python, Java,NodeJS ,ReactJS, VBA, etc.) and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Design and implement software solutions and plug-ins that integrate with digitalengineering platforms and tools (CAD, BIM, etc.), working with APIs Rest / API Hypermedia
• Perform data engineering tasks including ETL processes, data analysis, and visualizationusing Power BI.
• Support configuration of data management applications (ProjectWise, ACC, EMDS, etc.) as per project requirements and provide level 1 support.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them intosoftware requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Optimize software performance and scalability to meet the demands of complex engineering projects.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in digital engineering.

Profile/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in software development with proficiency in Python/Java/VBA.
• Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Knowledge of digital engineering concepts and tools (CAD, BIM, PLM) is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
