Work Location: Hybrid, 2 days from office
Position Type: Contract, 6 Months (High potential for extension)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Compensation Range: 43.50$ to 50$/hr.

OUR MULTINATIONAL RETAIL CLIENT IS LOOKING TO HIRE A DIGITAL EXPERIENCE ANALYST.

Reporting to the Senior Director of marketplace Growth, the primary role of the Marketplace Analyst is to build dynamic, automated reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decisions and insights for the Marketplace team to help deliver GMV growth. This position will work closely with internal teams and cross-functional partners. Possessing a true passion for continuous improvement, this role requires a deep understanding of database and reporting platforms and strong business acumen to help strategically inform the reporting needs of the business. A leader in understanding database elements and how they tie together to create a rich data ecosystem that can help the business make better and faster decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year of e-commerce analytics experience
  • Strong data analytic skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience leveraging Dashboards

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Senior Director, Marketplace Growth to build robust strategies to drive GMV growth based on analytics, and report on their effectiveness
  • Partner with the Marketplace Campaign manager to build and automate campaign and deals effectiveness reports to improve return on Marketing investment
  • Weekly KPI reporting on critical business metrics such as traffic, views, item conversion, AOV etc.; build Adobe Analytics dashboards while maintaining high data quality standards
  • Automated and Ad hoc BI reporting to help the business make quick, data driven decisions to drive GMV growth
  • Measure business on lead and lag indicators, highlighting potential risks, and strategize potential solutions
  • Collect, analyze and synthesize complete information from disparate sources into a clear, compelling and actionable story
  • Update and enhance existing Tableau/Qlik/Looker reports to meet the growing needs of the business
