Description:

SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:

  • Strong passion for CRM and data-driven marketing
  • 3-5 years of CRM and omni-channel marketing experience
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and marketing automation tools
  • Experience using Litmus or other email analysis tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Can confidently convey both the strategic vision and technical elements of nurture campaigns
  • Can assist in the technical delivery and optimisation of email sends

QUALIFICATIONS AND SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM strategy and campaign management
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and project management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the education industry is preferred
