Description:
SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:
- Strong passion for CRM and data-driven marketing
- 3-5 years of CRM and omni-channel marketing experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and marketing automation tools
- Experience using Litmus or other email analysis tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Can confidently convey both the strategic vision and technical elements of nurture campaigns
- Can assist in the technical delivery and optimisation of email sends
QUALIFICATIONS AND SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM strategy and campaign management
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the education industry is preferred
