Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and strategies for successful delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address issues as they arise and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and optimizing resource utilization. Track project expenses and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and industry standards. Conduct thorough testing and reviews to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests. Ensure all project-related documentation is organized, accessible, and up to date.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the project team.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in digital project management within the financial service industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or PMP.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
