THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing IT team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a wide range of IT projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, stakeholders, and vendors, to ensure project success. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, task assignments, budget management and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular project status updates and communicate key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement robust change management processes, managing project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Facilitate project closure, including final deliverable acceptance and transition to operational teams.
- Continuously evaluate project performance, document lessons learned, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (5 years) as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable.
- Work experience in the financial services industry or Big 4 is preferred.
- A fluent command in English. French and/or German is a plus.
