We are looking for a PMO Intern to join our energetic and rapidly growing team. As an intern, you’ll be involved in driving innovation and digitalization projects across a portfolio of services, supporting our different service lines at EY.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We seek a detail-oriented and highly motivated PMO (Project Management Office) Intern. The successful candidate will be working closely with our business analysts and IT teams, aiding in project planning, scheduling, and implementation. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain solid experience in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Understanding of project management concepts and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous involvement in project management or related activities is a bonus
    Duration:This is a 6 month internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to help oversee project progress.
  • Reporting: Support in tracking, analyzing, and communicating project risks and performance to relevant team members and stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Help in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for project plans, processes, and changes.
  • Skills Assessment: Conduct analysis of project needs and contribute to the design and development of business solutions.
