TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LEAD (SENIOR)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Technology Solutions in our Digital Factory to shape the future of our product development efforts. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the strategic direction of our development team and processes, ensuring the timely delivery of innovative, high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, outstanding leadership ability, and a passion for building a world-class development environment. • Set the Technology Course: Demonstrated track record of success in leading technology-driven initiatives or teams in a similarly fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software development principles, data analytics methodologies, artificial intelligence applications, and relevant cutting-edge technologies.

• Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business needs into a robust technology roadmap and effectively communicate this vision to all levels.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with digital trends and challenges in the financial services sector.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set the Technology Course: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the Digital Factory, aligning software development, analytics, AI, and other essential technologies with the changing demands of the financial services industry.
• Lead Solution Technology: Oversee and champion the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of high-impact digital products and services. Collaborate with designers, developers, AI experts, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and outstanding outcomes.
• Innovate with Impact: Actively research, evaluate, and introduce emerging technologies to maintain our position at the forefront of innovation for our clients. Furthermore, adopting new architectures such as Microservices, EDA, CQRS, etc.
• Manage Partnerships & Collaboration: Foster strategic partnerships with technology providers, clients, and internal teams. Leverage external expertise and knowledge-sharing to enhance our digital capabilities and solution delivery.
• Develop a High-Performing Team: Attract, mentor, and retain a diverse and exceptional team of technology experts. Create an environment where talent flourishes, driving success for the Digital Factory.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree/MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology roles, with a significant portion focused on solution development.
• Demonstrable track record of success in delivering technology-driven digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for bridging the gap between technology and operational teams.
