Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an insightful and proactive Consultant to join our HLTH Community! If you’re passionate about health technology and driven to support innovative projects through high-quality research, engaging content, and client-focused account management, this role could be your perfect fit.
Our ideal Consultant has a mix of strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to dive into the world of health technology, delivering actionable insights to our clients. In this role, you’ll manage several key client accounts, craft highly informative and engaging content, and contribute to data-driven projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Account Management (Client-Facing):
  • Oversee communication and engagement for 3-4 key client accounts, understanding each client’s portfolio, priorities, and challenges.
  • Maintain exceptional service quality, addressing client needs and providing updates with clarity and consistency.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, consistently achieving high NPS scores and positive feedback.
  1. Content Creation & Engagement:
  • Produce original, concise, and impactful content tailored for the HLTH Community, including reports, blog posts, and articles.
  • Research and write on key healthcare topics, ensuring content is highly informative, up-to-date, and engaging.
  • Achieve and maintain high engagement scores on published content by understanding audience needs and trends.
  1. Project Support & Strategic Insights:
  • Lead or support the development of research-driven reports and presentations that provide clients with strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth market data analysis, competitive intelligence, and research to build a robust foundation for projects.
  • Present research findings to clients, aligning insights with client objectives and ensuring the work answers their key questions.
  1. Health Technology Expertise:
  • Stay on top of critical healthcare topics, trends, and emerging technologies relevant to HLTH and our client base.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge to ensure you bring valuable insights and recommendations in every interaction.
