Responsibilities:

Join AstraZeneca as a Digital HR Process Manager and be a catalyst for transformative HR strategies. We’re seeking a leader to optimize HR processes, aligning them with our organizational objectives. Your role will be crucial in improving operational activities, ensuring data quality, and implementing effective controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Process Design & Improvement: Collaborate with worldwide teams to design and enhance HR processes that align with our strategic vision.
  • Policies & Standards Maintenance: Develop and uphold policies in the HR operations domain, ensuring global implementation and system integration.
  • Data Quality Supervision: Ensure HR data complies with global standards, addressing any issues or deviations.
  • Feedback Integration: Gather and prioritize feedback from collaborators to refine HR processes and training programs.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with HR partners and teams to align HR initiatives with business needs and drive group projects.
  • Technology Collaboration: Work with HRIT/GBS to ensure HR processes are supported by appropriate technology solutions.
  • Lean Methodology Implementation: Streamline HR processes using Lean methods to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste.
  • Employee Experience Focus: Prioritize a seamless employee experience in HR process design.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek employee feedback for process improvements.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain process maps, policies, roles, and training aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Workflow Streamlining: Lead initiatives to improve HR process performance and align with strategic and financial goals.
  • KPI & SLA Establishment: Define metrics to measure HR process efficiency and ROI.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure HR processes meet governance standards and mitigate risks.
