Are you passionate about digital transformation and HR projects? We are seeking 2 motivated People Scaling Digital Implementation Leads to join our team at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust.
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the implementation of digital HR solutions, shaping the future of our workforce systems.
About the Role

IMPLEMENTATION:

  • Facilitate the delivery and implementation of digital HR programmes within People Scaling.
  • Work with end users to problem solve and achieve maximum benefits during implementation, including software testing and quality assurance before implementation into a ‘live’ environment.
  • Manage own workload, planning and prioritising tasks, using initiative, and acting autonomously within the scope of the programme/project to achieve the planned benefits.

    What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2) or demonstrable experience in managing complex projects.
  • Experience in leading digital or HR system implementations in large organisations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various audiences.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
