Description:
The Digital Implementation Manager will play an integral role in developing and executing initiatives within our Digital Quality Strategy. This individual will work with a large cross-section of functional teams and subject matter experts to engage effectively with stakeholders on new opportunities, support the facilitation of our data strategies, and conduct workshops to identify and address pain points. This individual will provide mentorship and guidance when needed to team members and be a ‘go-to’ for technical quality best practices within Aristocrat. This position will frequently meet and discuss with executive level leadership the Quality health of our digital businesses and discuss recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Guiding cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support quality and performance analysis efforts that drive measurable quality improvements for the organization that results in continuous cost savings, reduced time to market, and increased customer satisfaction.
- Generate insightful reports for Executive Leadership that communicate the quality performance of products & services.
- Provide Senior Leadership and Stakeholders with recommendations through regular meetings and initiative reviews.
- Active development and alignment of Digital Quality Strategy which aligns with Aristocrat multi-year business plans.
- Create and establish effective frameworks that help the organization plan and design quality into the product development, delivery, and support cycle embracing the spirit of “Shift Left”.
- Provide quality guidance on new initiatives or developments to proactively identify quality risks/concerns and address through effective partnering.
- A problem solver who promotes customer/player-first mindset and frictionless cross-functional culture.
- Been seen as a Quality Champion and advocate for Quality across our rapidly growing Digital Businesses.
- Effectively manage Quality issues and escalations across the enterprise.
