• Design, development, and implementation of digitalization projects in the factory, such as: automation of manual reports, consolidation of data from different sources into consolidated result dashboards, visual graphics to support strategy definition and decision-making, replication of digital solutions from other BAT factories.
• Ensure the effective introduction of new projects.
• Manage the change of digital implementations by considering: User involvement for a real understanding of needs, Communication plan and training plan.
• Provide support to areas in the use of digital applications.
• Document work instructions for the effective use of new applications.
