ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY | TE WHAI WAAHI

Are you ready to lead the charge in digital transformation and drive meaningful innovation? We are seeking a Digital Innovation Partner to oversee and deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance the experience of farmers and stakeholders alike across Farm Source.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for digital initiatives, managing a portfolio of products that includes web solutions, mobile applications, and APIs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to align digital strategies with business goals, define requirements, and lead initiatives through to delivery. Collaboration will be key as you bridge the gap between farmers, business owners, and technical teams, ensuring all solutions are designed to deliver maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Coordinate and integrate new digital initiatives into build plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Product Leadership: Manage digital products such as the On-Farm App, Dairy Diary App, and Milk Production and Quality dashboards, creating and maintaining product roadmaps that reflect user needs and market trends.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, discover needs, define minimum viable products, and communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders effectively.
  • Maintenance and Optimization: Lead seasonal maintenance planning, ensuring tasks are clearly scoped and aligned with delivery timelines, while maintaining product health through balanced prioritization of new initiatives, bug fixes, and technical debt resolution.
