Are you ready to lead the charge in digital transformation and drive meaningful innovation? We are seeking a Digital Innovation Partner to oversee and deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance the experience of farmers and stakeholders alike across Farm Source.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for digital initiatives, managing a portfolio of products that includes web solutions, mobile applications, and APIs. - Product Leadership: Manage digital products such as the On-Farm App, Dairy Diary App, and Milk Production and Quality dashboards, creating and maintaining product roadmaps that reflect user needs and market trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, discover needs, define minimum viable products, and communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders effectively.
- Maintenance and Optimization: Lead seasonal maintenance planning, ensuring tasks are clearly scoped and aligned with delivery timelines, while maintaining product health through balanced prioritization of new initiatives, bug fixes, and technical debt resolution.
