Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled, visionary and innovative Digital Leader to drive digital growth strategy and initiatives within our IET Gas Tech Services organization. The leader reporting into the GTS Growth Organization will have a strong connection with the Industrial Solutions organization to maximize the integrated GTS/Cordant digital solutions. The Digital Leader will play a crucial role in defining digital products strategy/roadmap and integrating digital technologies into operations, products, and services to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of the business creating value for Customers. He/She will identify market needs and opportunities, to develop, expand and position IET GTS Digital product portfolio, creating differentiation, competitive advantage and unique value proposition to drive revenues’ growth towards the potential entitlement of 500M$. The ideal candidate will be capable to lead by influence operating in a dynamic matrix environment and will possess a deep understanding of technological solutions and Customers’ needs that pioneer digital advancement across energy and industrial sectors. The Digital leader will also serve as a strategic advisor to the GTS leader and the rest of the GTS leadership team, helping to navigate and strategically forecast critical business, operational and commercial issues and opportunities across IET.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital leadership roles within the energy industry or a related field, with significant exposure to market and Customers’ relationships.
  • Strong understanding of rotating equipment operations and associated processes in the Energy industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business results in the industry.
  • Proficiency in digital technologies, including IoT, AI, machine learning, automation, and data analytics. Visionary leader able to look around the corners
  • Excellent leadership, executive communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurship, self-driven attitude and business acumen
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive change in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Deep experience and understanding of the intersection of technology and digital enablement to co-create products and solutions for clients.
  • Client centric approach. Ability to harness the voice of the customer and proactively enable best in class solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies and products’ roadmap aligned with business objectives to drive innovation and growth.
  • Lead major initiatives to innovate and operationalize new selling solutions and processes; supports strategic account planning for a significant portion of the business.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing digital opportunities, including IoT, AI, automation, and data analytics.
  • Lead an organization of digital product managers, solutions architect and commercial team, the delivery team and the entire execution of the operations to the customer sites.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and Strategic marketing, to integrate digital solutions into product design, development, and production processes.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of digital platforms, software applications, and tools to streamline Gas Technology operations and enhance customer experiences.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices in the energy industry to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Lead the GTS digital portfolio in coordination with the Industrial Solutions organization to maximize the integrated GTS/Cordant digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to explore strategic partnerships and opportunities for technology adoption.
  • Influences a wide range of audiences and negotiates with great latitude on outcomes; presents and defends complicated or delicate issues that have an important impact on GTS growth.
