WE NEED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE + EXPERTISE IN:

Verbal and written communication, and able to articulate design concepts. You will also have some copyediting skills.
Learning Management Systems to support content deployment and tracking – if this is in Workday it is a bonus.
Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
Knowledge of core design principals,(colour theory, typography, layout, visual hierarchy)

AND WOULD LOVE YOU TO KNOW OR LEARN:

The ability to integrate modern design trends into innovative projects.
