We need a Digital Learning Manager who can make our learning experiences accessible, future proofed and engaging as our platform itself! We’re on a mission to transform learning, bringing the excitement, the innovation, and the “wow” factor to every click, swipe, and scroll.
Joining our dynamic Learning and Talent Development team, you’ll be supporting us in driving a “digital learning first” approach! Teaming up with HR and other business areas to spot key skill gaps and create innovative, impactful digital learning experiences that fuel growth and career journeys across the company.
Responsibilities:
SOME GREAT THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING:
Make Learning Fun: Designing eLearning, videos, podcasts and bite-sized lessons on everything from onboarding to skills development.
Lead Digital Excellence: Shaping a seamless, tech-driven digital learning experience on our LXP (Learning Experience Platform).
Lead Compliance with Style: Designing top-notch regulatory content that meets all standards and keeps learners engaged.
Measure, Tweak, Repeat: Using data and feedback to continuously enhance our digital learning impact.
Be a Trendsetter: Bringing fresh tech and ideas to keep our digital learning at the forefront.
Spark Ongoing Engagement: Creating experiences that keep learners coming back.
Collaborate with HR: Working with L&D, Talent, and HR to digitalise learning across the company.
Manage Key Partnerships: Aligning our digital tools and content suppliers with our learning strategy.
