Description:
Job Purpose: At the Emirates Group our Digital experience team as part of wider Learning and Talent is essential in providing digital learning applications and an infrastructure strategy to help our employees develop their skills. Through creating the architecture that enables our employees access on-demand solutions, the team has a strong impact on the growth of our employees.
The Digital Learning Specialist will design the digital solutions that meet the need of the employee of the future.
In this role, you will:
- Conceptualise, develop and deliver a range of digital learning experiences and development solutions.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Business Partners to fully understand business requirements.
- Work closely with Strategic Solutions, Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Optimisation to enable their solutions through digital wizardry.
- Employ evidence-based learning principles to guide the creation of learning materials.
- Promote the incorporation of digital learning tools into other experience solutions, in alignment with our digital strategy.
- Leverage subject matter experts across the Group to ensure a high quality of digital learning content.
- Liaise with the broader Digital Experience Team, IT and partner providers to ensure the accessibility and smooth running of digital learning solutions.
- Engage with vendors and partner providers (where required) to design, develop and deliver innovative learning and development tools in alignment with business needs.
- Maintain a level of subject matter expertise and constantly scan the digital learning landscape for emerging tool and techniques.
- Work cross functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.

Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST MEET THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or Honours with 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :
- Minimum Bachelor level qualification in a related field Progressive experience in a digital learning role Experience working with a variety of Learning Management Systems and related technologies
