Description:

We are seeking a digital expert with a strategic and structured mindset who will drive the overarching content publishing vision across Pandora’s global websites.
The perfect candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer mindset through their journey, brand marketing, and eCommerce.These qualities will help the candidate balance brand and customer needs with commercial success. As a dedicated relationship builder and problem solver, the individual in this role will lead the direction and development of the team that works closely with all global GTM channels (email, social, influencer, PR, paid media) all clusters around the Pandora globe, eCommerce Team, Creative Development team, and Global Business Units. The candidate should be a strong stakeholder manager, great communicator, be able to oversee multiple projects and timelines while maintaining a calm and strong team leader who empowers their team to succeed.
This is an interim role covering for one of our colleagues who is going on maternity leave.

LEAD DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION & BRAND EXPERIENCE GLOBALLY

The Digital Manager reports to Digital Experience Director as a key leader and strategic advisor in their team. The Digital Manager should be full of creative solutions, can do attitude balanced with a creative vision to enhance our brand experience for consumers across all Pandora’s websites globally.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of working experience in website digital marketing field
  • Great, experienced and open leader
  • Knowledge of Website branded consumer experience building
  • Global Content Governance and rule re-enforcement
  • Deep Global Brand Marketing knowledge and experience
  • eCommerce Experience
  • CMS experience
  • Robust SEO understanding
  • Broad understanding of the fashion or jewellery industry with a strong understanding for cultural trends & user behaviour
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

  • As a leader, reinforce positive culture, ownership and collaboration.
  • Own and set creative and strategic direction, planning and publishing of Marketing, Editorial and Commercial calendars by working closely with Brand Strategy, Creative Teams and the Digital team.
  • Manage e2e campaign creation process from strategic brief to execution to clusters and ensure the goals, KPI are clear to all stakeholders involved.
  • Ensure all timelines and deadlines are respected, met and clearly communicated to all stakeholders involved.
  • Manage the execution of all Pandora’s cluster website campaigns of all types to ensure high brand standards, balanced with consumer needs and commercial goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure all markets are aligned and on-boarded with the Digital Experience Strategy & activations, and that they are fully briefed and supported per activation and campaign.
  • Be a driver for new digital strategies and how they are communicated to global stakeholders, supporting innovation, efficiency and agility within Pandora’s digital ecosystem.
  • Create presentation materials to support communication to Executive management, senior stakeholder groups.
  • Work closely with SEO agency and Global SEO lead to ensure high SEO score and performance.
  • Manage the creative Paid Media agency and ensure that Pandora’s Display Paid Creatives are planned, developed, distributed to the clusters and follow the brand guidelines.
  • Independently lead strategic workstreams with broad stakeholder landscape.
  • Develop and coach your direct team members.
