Description:

SOFT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Must have proficiency in SEP tools (E.g Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mox) and email marketing platforms (E.g Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Exposure to content management systems (CMS), email marketing and social media management tools
  • Experienced in digital analytics and insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • High level of a building rapport and trusted business partnerships internally, and externally

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Digital experience planning: collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to co-create the digital experience strategy aligned with our brands’ positioning, objectives and target audiences. Understand and leverage market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to help create a consumer experience that resonates with our target audience
  • Digital media campaigns: work with the cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and optimise campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to, search, SEO social media and email marketing
  • Digital content planning and production: Lead planning activity and produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various digital platforms using GenAI, including website, social media, blogs, emails, videos, and more that deliver on brand messaging
  • Paid search: together with agency partners, you will develop and execute paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, and Social Media Ads. Monitor campaign performance, optimise keywords, ad copy, and targeting to maximise ROI
  • Social media: Lead the social media strategy, drive the creative concept ideation process, and create the annual content calendars aligned to the consumer experience planning activities. Monitor social media trends and insights to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. Monitor social media channels, perform community management activities to proactively engage with the online community to foster positive relationships
  • Email marketing | CRM: Manage all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including developing and executing email marketing strategies to engage our audience, nurture leads and promote products. Facilitate the creation of compelling, personalised email content to foster community growth
  • Analytics and reporting: Support the brand & innovation team with monitoring and analysis of all the digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and insights, and use data-driven insights to refine and optimise content strategies
  • Utilise work management tools to plan and deliver, and have your finger on the pulse with emerging digital trends
