Description:

- Work closely with L’Oréal internal trading desk and Wavemaker planners to propose innovative digital approaches, and learning from here
- Build and follow an efficient learning agenda in ecom and amazon
Responsibilities:
- Preparing insightful analysis, summarized in compelling reports, to provide ongoing delivery of insight to brands, from vendors, innovations, competitors (…)
- Develop & maintain performance dashboards for ongoing optimization by media and performance teams
- Routinely collaborates with the media team to arrive at recommendations supported by data and analytics
- Work with internal and external groups ((Wavemaker, Labelium, Trading desk, Ad ops, brands) on the development of performances dashboards & processes
- Work with the CRM & trading desk teams to see how to better manage, collect and use the CRM & 3rd parties datas
- Development of e-com strategy across all brands working closely with digital managers and e-com team
- Branded e-com (Lux and active cosmetic brands)
- Amazon (among all brands)
- Other retailers (CPD)

- Leverage learnings from campaigns to develop framework for how we approach ie. YouTube, social
