Volvo Car Belux is looking for a new colleague to join our Marketing Operations team. In this exciting role as Digital Marketeer, your skills and knowledge are essential for effectively navigating the digital landscape, driving brand and growth and achieving our business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING.

We are looking for someone with a degree within digital marketing or a related field, or equivalent through experience, with a broad work experience in B2C and B2B marketing in an international environment.
You are experienced in analyzing data and generate insights into clear action points from digital touchpoints and user interactions by using reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce and other dashboards. And are proficient in using project management tools such as Jira.
Furthermore, you understand how to communicate with a consumer focus and how to use our communication channels effectively to reach our audience. You stay up to date on novelties and trends and have an experimentation and testing mindset and take initiatives based on research to continuously drive innovation and improvement.
Finally, you are fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Website Management & SEO: You oversee the corporate website and retailer sites, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging content across all digital channels. Optimize websites and content based on keyword research, user experience (UX) and SEO best practices, while proactively sharing learnings with the team to drive further improvements. You will also manage and allocate budgets efficiently, drive optimizations and maximize ROI.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: You will have ownership of lead generation and conversion rates across the funnel (from touchpoints, including online sources, to consumer data and retail partners). You identify and execute initiatives to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Performance tracking: You will track performance metrics like click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, providing clear insights into what’s working and what needs improvement.
  • Data Interpretation & Reporting: You interpret data in GA4, in-platform data (Meta, Google…), Power Bl reports, heat maps.
  • Marketing funnel strategy: You understand the full marketing funnel and take initiatives to meet Sales goals and Brand Marketing KPl’s.
    In this role you will collaborate closely with our Marketing Operations team and with our HQ Marketing colleagues in Sweden as well as other business units and agencies while taking ownership of tasks.
