JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Account Manager or Supervisor, the Digital Marketing Account Coordinator provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives in marketing and advertising campaigns. The position encompasses administration, project tracking duties, research and handling budgets. They will aid the account managers with client-focused initiatives to ensure high-level task execution and client satisfaction deliverables. This position will also involve work to support CPG brand companies and associated contest and fulfillment duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccount Coordination
- Compose client correspondence, creating presentations and maintaining contact lists.
- Receive guidance and feedback from the account manager to ensure all client needs and expectations are abided by
- Work closely with the accounts team and internal teams to best meet client needs
- Assist in supporting to manage small to medium sized client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
- Shadow account managers and participate in client meetings when appropriate
- Working with other members of the external and internal teams, managing all aspects of client operations
- Assist by providing support with administrative and operational functions and other aspects of the client accounts
- Participate in and actively contribute in weekly status meetings with senior account team members and produce meeting agendas and follow up reports
- Proactively engage in identifying business issues/challenges and bring forward solutions
- Update internal databases, project management systems, and other files with account information, tasks, and milestones.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Experience working in digital marketing; ie. Internship or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and marketing software/tools.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing KPIs.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in customer service (food and beverage/retail), account and/or project coordination are a plus.
