Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Team.
The Digital Marketing Analyst will work to support digital marketing properties, manage the daily web publishing queue, help implement new site enhancements, and help design and build new digital experiences. The Analyst will support our digital analytics discipline and site optimization efforts. This global role includes working within digital content and analytics management systems; and working with internal technology teams, LOB marketing teams, the front office, with third-party vendor teams.
Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Analyst will understand the business objectives and end-user goals of public websites as marketing and communications tools. The Analyst will think globally and be an effective communicator capable of publishing content, marketing collateral, and thought leadership pieces on our websites. This position will work with internal business Marketing teams, Compliance, Technology, and Creative teams to maintain our site’s user experience and BBH brand standards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Websites
  • Coordinate day-to-day support and publishing on external websites with Marketing teams and Technology resources and oversee publishing queue.
  • Assist with the strategy, content creation, and publishing of content to the websites on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Understand the websites design and infrastructure to be able to make recommendations for content as requested by marketing groups
  • Work globally with colleagues to maintain and optimize website content. Enforce and adhere to global compliance processes for all website content, including website accessibility.
  • Execute daily updates and routine maintenance of the sites
  • Help lead testing and validation efforts for website development fixes and enhancements in lower regions and then into the live website environment
  • Digital
  • Become an expert on our in-house marketing technology platforms to serve as a digital expert to the BBH Marketing teams
  • Participate in weekly website status meetings by providing prepared updates
  • Be creative and able to recommend new ideas related to digital marketing efforts
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Help maintain our search software, SEMRush, through keyword reporting
  • Support SEO efforts of 3 public facing websites
  • Understand basic SEO concepts and ongoing changes in industry best practices to make recommendations to our sites
  • Analytics
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all website analytics reporting within Adobe Analytics
  • Work with Digital Manager to provide strategic marketing recommendations to cross functional teams based on reporting
  • Creation of bi-annual digital analytics reporting for senior leaders to illustrate Marketing’s yearly outputs and performance

Education level and/or relevant experience(s):

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1 to 5 plus years of experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Financial services experience a plus

Knowledge and skills (general and technical):

  • Experience with Content Management Systems, ideally Adobe AEM, but not required.
  • Experience with Analytics Management Systems, ideally Adobe Analytics, but not required
  • Experience with marketing and advertising principles such as digital marketing, communications, media, and /or advertising agency experience
  • Familiarity with leading trends in user experience, mobile, online marketing, email marketing, social media marketing and search engine marketing
  • General knowledge of search engine optimization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to see open issues to resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong client management, facilitation, concept development, project leadership and communication management skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and see things through
  • Innovative mindset, with clear demonstration of bringing unique ideas to life
  • Strong collaborator with a proven ability to influence and effectively manage multiple stakeholder interests
  • Data-driven mindset, experience using clear measures to inform decision-making and sell in ideas
  • Experience working with external or in-house creative/Agency teams
  • Global collaboration - flexibility, supporting business in different time zones to include for potential US shift hours work where necessary, with forward planning.
