REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field focusing on digital marketing.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital advertising and analytics.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking methods and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Solid understanding of web design principles and content marketing strategies.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategies is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to collaborate across teams and contribute to a cohesive marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize ads for better conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Web Designer to implement tracking codes and pixels on the website for effective conversion tracking.
- Work with the digital marketing team to align ad content with overall marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to drive marketing decisions.
- Manage the budget for digital advertising and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and analytics.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and improvement recommendations.
