REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field focusing on digital marketing.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital advertising and analytics.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking methods and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of web design principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategies is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to collaborate across teams and contribute to a cohesive marketing strategy.
  • Commitment to staying current with industry developments and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize ads for better conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Web Designer to implement tracking codes and pixels on the website for effective conversion tracking.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to align ad content with overall marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to drive marketing decisions.
  • Manage the budget for digital advertising and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and analytics.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and improvement recommendations.
