As a global Centre of Excellence, our Digital Marketing Department is aimed to further develop our digital capabilities and create synergies across the business, as well as responsible for driving customer growth encompassing all Digital Marketing actions at the service of our stores.
Our Digital Marketing division are now seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join the Analytics & Insights team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: our office in Milan, Italy
Reporting into: Analytics & Insights Manager
Contract Type: Fixed Term (1 Year)

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Be the go-to expert for needs on customer insight, customer behaviour and customer base development for your stakeholders.
  • Understand and analyse commercial and customers KPIs and main drivers.
  • Guide decisions by providing detailed, action orientated insights, continuously highlighting potential opportunities and risks.
  • Be experienced in communicating insight, both verbally and via documentation, in the most suitable, comprehensible, and impactful way for your stakeholders.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with your stakeholders and a deep understanding of their business areas, enabling you to develop hypotheses and make relevant, credible recommendations that flow from your insights.
  • Guide projects to create statistical model to support and integrate customer and traffic model and to automatize process and reports.

The type of person we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economic
  • At least 2 years of experience in Analytics Team
  • Demonstrated analytical experience including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting and data interpretation and analysis
  • Intermediate up to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience performing ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools
  • Very strong analytics skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Flexibility to perform in complex business environment
  • Fluent English
