OUR PURPOSE

Insights were established to help North East Lincolnshire Council to make evidence based decisions on data and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Digital Marketing & Customer Analyst.

YOUR ROLE

The Digital Marketing and Customer Analyst will play a crucial role in optimising our digital presence, enhancing customer experiences, and driving data-informed decision-making. In your day-to-day role, you will be using your expertise to build and develop our brand strategy, adapting data driven strategy. You will be analysing trends/patterns and historical web data, to connect content to users needs and hitting their social media.
In addition, you will be gathering feedback from service users and customers, providing analysis and recommendations. Supporting embedding the new approach to prioritise ‘discovery’, in the initial stages of projects.
