Description:

aEUR- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any other related field aEUR- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing and data analytics within an FMCG company in a corporate, global environment. aEUR- Proven analytical skills combined with critical thinking, attention to detail and problem solving skills aEUR- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively. aEUR- Experience working in agile teams and processes. aEUR- Very good command of English. aEUR- Strong knowledge of all office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). aEUR- Contribute to the development of a digital strategy to continuously grow and activate the database of legal age smokers with the ultimate goal of supporting brand equity for all CC brands. aEUR- Measure and evaluate the performance of the CC digital strategy on all digital channels and engagement platforms and optimize accordingly. aEUR- Frequently liaises with the Digital team for all the initiatives that require any type of digital presence to ensure an effective deployment plan and execution. aEUR- Working with external marketing agencies and local creative agencies providing proper and clear briefings, to develop mechanics and content for digital campaigns. aEUR- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in content marketing, both online and offline. This involves monitoring competition activities, conducting field visits to gather insights from the field and analysing research studies to evaluate initiatives and provide ongoing practical insight into opportunities. aEUR- Analyzing consumer feedback and working closely with the Customer Care and Legal teams for the most appropriate solutions and action plans. aEUR- Responsible for bridging initiatives and monitoring performance in switching adult smokers to smoke-free alternatives; working with the SFP Acquisition team to develop the most effective initiatives. aEUR- Support the CC marketing team in monitoring sales, numeric invoicing, and other distribution KPIs against targets. This role will support the Conventional Category marketing team in digital activation strategy planning and research-driven initiatives. It will also involve gathering feedback from all relevant sources and facilitating the transition from cigarettes to smoke-free alternatives.
