WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our dedicated Salesforce team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, working closely with stakeholders across our business to deliver and manage the ROI (Return on Investment) of digital marketing and campaigns. This is hands-on, data-centric role which will suit individuals keen to learn the ‘business’ as well as the ‘art’ of marketing, ultimately growing our business through implementation and optimisation of digital marketing activity.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Marketing Apprentice programme is aligned to the Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship standard. As an apprentice, you will also achieve the Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist Certification & at least one other Salesforce certification.
Other certifications will be decided as the apprenticeship progresses between the learner, your line manager and employer.
The role will be based in our Chelmsford Head Office with an expectation of two days a week in the office, after an initial training period is completed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans through delivery of day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems, most notably Salesforce Pardot (Email Marketing), our CMS (Content Management System) and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation).
  • Interact with a wider range of stakeholders across our business, technical teams and external marketing agencies on the creation, implementation and evaluation of digital campaigns.
  • With relevant coaching / support, take responsibility for our campaign monitoring and analytics activities, to calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) of various marketing activities.
  • Evaluate and enhance the quality of marketing data and insights across our platforms through identification and recommendations for improvements to processes.
  • Become familiar with our Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution, and understand the way in which our digital marketing activities feed into Sales operations.
  • Provide support to department leads across the globe, answering queries and performing ad-hoc analysis on specific digital marketing campaigns as required.
  • Prepare briefing materials and participate in delivering executive briefings.
