DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

Our marketing team are a small, tight-knit team that support all departments within the Aerial Direct group with their marketing goals. Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices and reporting into our Marketing Director, this is a brand-new role assisting the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
You may currently be completing an apprenticeship and looking to develop further with your own projects, or perhaps you are looking to progress your career in marketing in a brand-new role within a thriving company. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

You’ll get involved in:

• Assisting in the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
• Development and editing of content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, emails and promotional materials.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
• Maintenance and update of customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and managing communications.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of:

• Social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

It would be great if you have:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

OUR PROCESS

Step 1: Is there a fit? You’ll have a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, talk through your past experiences and what it is you’re looking for from your career
Step 2: Teams meeting with your would-be manager, our Marketing Director, to talk through your motivations, whilst also getting a feeling for Aerial Direct and the team.
Step 3: Come and meet the team at our newly refurbished offices to talk things through in more detail. You’ll run through a few scenario based questions, and get the opportunity to ask anything you’d like to learn about.
Step 4: If it looks like a good fit from both sides, we’ll be looking to make you an offer!
