Description:
DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling through Digital Media and a strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, Basic video production, photography, and design, and will have the ability to effectively communicate brand messages across multiple platforms. This role will assist the marketing team within the creative processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in content creation, video production, and photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects is a plus) or Davinci Resolve Studio.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English, Spanish and Papiamento.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Easy going personality and a passion for learning.

Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: assist in developing and executing engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Basic Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal use. Must be proficient in creating dynamic videos that capture attention and convey key messages.
- Photography: Use DSLR cameras to capture professional-grade photos for promotional content, including product shots, events, and lifestyle imagery.
- Design: Create eye-catching graphics and visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and website content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align creative assets with campaign goals and ensure consistency in branding.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and social media trends to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
