JOB DESCRIPTION: DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT
Reeco is a growing company that serves many industries with Robotic Automation solutions both in the UK and overseas. As the company evolves, a requirement to recruit a dedicated Digital Marketing Assistant to support with Marketing activities for the business and its growing product range has presented itself.
The successful candidate will also be expected to play an active role in the team, learning about Reeco’s core solutions in order to promote products. The Digital Marketing Assistant shall report directly to the Managing Director.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate should demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
- A good understanding and execution of digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media management, content creation, SEO, Adwords and video production
- Experience in digital analytics and reporting
- Experience of managing marketing events and producing marketing collateral
- High quality proof reading skills and excellent use of punctuation and grammar
- Be detail oriented, excellent administrative skills and ability to prioritise
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A confident working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, as well as Office 365 and SharePoint
- Strong analytical skills including data analysis and formatting in Excel, with the ability to present data in an understandable form
The successful candidate should be self-motivated, with an innovative and creative flair.
We do not require any specific qualifications for the position, but the successful candidate should at least be educated to a good A-level standard.
Responsibilities:
- Website Management:Updating website content with the latest videos, news, product information, blogs and case studies.
- Content creation:Creating engaging and dynamic digital content including editing videos of installed products. Requirement for candidates to capture footage on customer sites following installations.
- Social media:Managing social channels such as LinkedIn, assisting with creating innovative content whilst driving the corporate messaging and community engagement metrics.
- Campaigns:Assisting with email marketing campaigns by designing and creating email templates, managing email databases and tracking metrics, to include open rates and click-through rates
- Analytics:Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts and acquiring insight into website performance via Google Analytics.
- SEO & Adwords: Optimisation of new web pages to maintain organic search listings, management and monitoring of Adwords campaigns.
- Research:Keeping updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and making recommendations for how the organisation can incorporate them into its marketing strategy
- Exhibitions and Events:Assisting with event planning and promotion of exhibitions and internal open events.
- Design:Supporting content creation efforts, such as creating infographics or designing social media/Mail shot visuals.
