JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising strategies.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • A passion for staying current with social media trends and emerging technologies.

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage daily social media postings across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize content strategy and improve audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
