QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

  • Proven 2-3 years working experience in digital marketing – B2B or B2C, patient recruitment experience is a bonus
  • Demonstrable experience in email, search, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in profiling, targeting and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate targeted audiences
  • Knowledge of web design and web development
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (four years of comparable experience can also be substituted)

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Digital Marketing Associate works closely with the Digital Marketing team to help develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns targeting patients across all digital channels focused on patient matching and recruitment. This role will also assist with copywriting responsibilities and other general digital marketing needs for the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute digital marketing strategy that covers the entire digital marketing ecosystem: email, search, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Liaison with web designers and web developers to create materials (website & ads)
  • Optimize spend and performance based on identifying trends and insights
  • Brainstorm with team new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Enhance end-to-end user experience across channels and customer touch points
  • Optimize conversion points and user funnels
