Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for creating successful campaigns, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you
will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and others.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
  • Create and manage content for social media channels, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO performance.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visuals and graphics for digital campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to help enhance digital strategies for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies.
