Responsibilities:

As an Consultant supporting the Website Digital Merchandising team, you are responsible for providing assistance and support in the reporting of Web promotion content/campaigns on various Verizon.com pages. As a subject matter expert of site visitor behavior and web performance insights, you’ll define relevant traffic conversion criteria, analyze data, provide valuable insights into user engagement, traffic patterns and conversion activity. Your keen eye for detail will drive the creation of succinct yet comprehensive reports that highlight key trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Translating complex data into insights and actionable recommendations in alignment with objectives/merchandising strategies.
  • Delivering ad hoc analyses/reports relevant to digital marketing initiatives and their impact on sales/conversions.
  • Establishing benchmarks for Homepage promotional content, by placement position, message/offer/product type. These benchmarks will define the success of placements and inform decisions for content/placement decisions on a weekly basis.
  • Preparing and distributing weekly reports to stakeholders, including the Homepage Performance Summary and Executive summary that provide insights into user engagement, traffic patterns and conversion metrics.
  • Ensuring the Land Page Roster Summary is accurate, up-to-date, and usable for the team by regularly verifying data integrity, reconciling differences and incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
  • Evaluating the performance and impact of product launches that will provide key insights to optimize future launch strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and building partnerships with business stakeholders to identify and address any dependencies for solution implementation.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to landing page content, promotions, and device launches using data from the Adobe Analytics Workspace tools to track performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline/automate processes and improve the usability of the digital merchandising performance summaries, ensuring they remain valuable tools for decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Establishing, upholding and relaying all initiative-specific timelines and schedules to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability throughout execution. Proactively identify and address risks to these timelines to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
