As a Digital Marketing Content Lead, you will Lead the creation and execution of engaging content for all Methven’s digital marketing platforms, including both Methven and Deva Websites, Marketing database, email campaigns, social media, advertising campaigns and product literature, ensuring each piece is in line with the companies brand guidelines and strategy to support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Genuine curiosity and interest in marketing within the brassware industry.
  • Self-driven and resilient with excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator both verbally and in written form.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO and best practises.
  • Experience of using Mailjet or similar email marketing platform.
  • Creative approach to developing marketing content.
  • Experience managing business social media channels.
  • Proven experience in a similar Marketing role.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prioritising tasks, managing timelines, and meeting deadlines
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a strong work ethic and a readiness to tackle challenges

Responsibilities:

  • Create relevant, informative, and engaging content for the company website and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with UK/AUS teams to maintain and update both Methven and Deva Website content to ensure it is current and optimise user experience.
  • Produce high-quality content for use across different platforms in compliance with SEO best practices to improve content visibility, optimise website rankings and boost brand awareness.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional online company voice across social media platforms.
  • Scheduling all social content (using Sprout Social) and responding to enquiries.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Identify and leverage emerging digital marketing channels to expand our audience and enhance engagement.
  • Recommend and implement direct marketing strategies to increase brand awareness & profitability.
  • Create and manage email campaigns that align with business objectives
  • Work with the marketing team and account managers to support the customers activity plans.
  • Stay up-to-date and research the latest industry trends with digital media and industry developments
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Maintain a high level of communication with teams and departments across the business to ensure marketing activities are executed professionally and efficiently.
  • Google Analytics - Reporting, tracking and measuring the results and optimising the conversion funnel.
  • Be an advocate for Methven digital marketing.
