Role Overview:
As our Digital Marketing Contractor, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that our digital marketing strategies are aligned with business goals and current industry trends. Your ability to measure and report on performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for optimization will be crucial to the success of our campaigns.

Customer Experience:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, in alignment with business goals, current digital marketing trends, and industry insights.
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize digital marketing budgets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities and provide recommendations on the adoption of innovative tactics and emerging tools where appropriate.

Performance Measurement:

  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts, assessing against ROI and KPIs.
  • Leverage data to provide recommendations for optimization.

Content Creation & Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors on the production of campaign assets, content, landing pages, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute effective digital content strategies with a focus on in-store campaigns and events

Customer Experience:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and update social media profiles across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth).

Campaigns and Promotions:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide content support for product launches, events, and special promotions.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in visual and written content across all channels and platforms.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key achievements, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data and analytics to refine content strategies and improve future content.
