Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email marketing, and display advertising.
- Create, edit, and optimize digital content including social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement. Track and analyze social media metrics to improve performance.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including building lists, designing templates, creating content, and tracking results.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the company’s website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Graphic design for all ONE Health Ohio and RISE Recovery Marketing materials (billboards brochures, postcards, flyers, etc.)
- Create graphic designs and provide marketing support for all departments within ONE Health Ohio
- Edit company headshots via Photoshop
- Implement marketing campaigns for new providers
- Create an internal “Fun @ One” monthly calendar
- Design material to assist in promoting new services/locations/programs
- Collaborate with outside vendors to complete projects
- Monitor online reviews on Google, Facebook, and other platforms
- Collect and report data for the department on platforms such as Google, as well as for various marketing campaigns as directed
- Other duties as requested
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising/PR, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, and email marketing software, Constant Contact.
