About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator at Rhino-Rack, you will join a Digital team who is currently leafing a Digital transformation project and is about to launch a new ecosystem of Digital tools. You will be responsible for executing the digital content (BtoB and BtoC) and campaign plans across multiple brands and regions. You will manage the content update management process and execute the content update across our ecosystem of tool around websites. You will help coordinating the campaign execution and go live. Reporting directly to the Senior E-Commerce and CRM Manager, this role involves overseeing the Brands website presence, maintaining up-to-date content, and contributing to drive engagement and brand awareness through the development of market insights and tracking analytics.
This role requires a good understanding of website updates, CMS, Digital Marketing in general, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. This is a 12-month contracted position.

DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines, and websites).
  • Coordinate with the brand team to align campaigns with the overall marketing calendar.
  • Execute content updates across all our digital platforms including websites, social media posts, blogs, and email newsletters for Rhino Rack, Maxtrax, and TRED.
  • Work closely with cross functions to optimise content management processes and ensure information is always up to date for all brands and regions.
  • Leverage our CMS to create marketing emails to maximise website engagement and performances aligned with brand and e-commerce campaign.
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to identify website enhancements and features, ensuring CX excellence is maintained at all time. Execute A/B testing for these enhancements to continuously optimize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the development team to implement such website enhancements and new features.
  • Communicate with web development teams to report and resolve website issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the other members of the Digital team to deliver on website insights feeding the robust weekly reporting system for key metrics.
  • Coordinate the execution of brand and E-commerce paid campaign, connecting the dots between multiple stakeholders, ensuring all components (such as campaign assets) are delivered on time as per requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, brand, ecommerce, IT, and external agencies to align website and campaign requirements.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure BtoB and BtC insights are considered and serve as insights and inputs for further optimisation within websites and campaigns.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in website content management and campaign execution.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach in identifying opportunities, solving problems, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise competing demands.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, swiftly providing solutions with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to execute with a high level of quality.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Looker Studio, Search Console and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
