We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B technology space.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience managing marketing technology stacks (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools).
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with web development and design principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, website hygiene, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Tech Stack Management: Oversee the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and content management systems. Ensure all tools are integrated and utilized effectively to optimize marketing performance.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs and drive ROI.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging outbound strategies and Call To Action prompts.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, generating reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to optimize the customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and other teams to ensure digital integration on messaging, product launches, and events.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, making recommendations for new tools and tactics that can enhance our marketing efforts
