OVERVIEW

As we continue to grow and expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to join our team. This role will be essential in building and managing our social media, website, and online store to build brand visibility, engage our audience, and grow online sales.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, web design, and e-commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Bonus)
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on analytics, email marketing, and SEO.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, WordPress, Shopify and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, HTML/CSS (bonus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Creative, self-driven, and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost brand awareness, promote services, and engage our target audience in the event production and AV space. Create compelling content, manage posting schedules, and track analytics to optimize social media performance.
Web Design & Development: Oversee the design and development of our website, ensuring it reflects our brand identity, showcases our services and products, and provides a seamless user experience. Optimize the website for mobile use, speed, and SEO, while ensuring it serves as an effective hub for potential clients and customers.
E-commerce Management: Create and manage the operations of our online store, ensuring accurate product listings, a smooth checkout process, and strong customer service support. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and optimize the online shopping experience for our products and services.
Campaign Management: Work closely with the management team to plan and execute digital campaigns (email marketing, paid ads, influencer partnerships) that increase web traffic, conversations, and customer retention. Promote events, special offers, and new product launches.
Weekly Collaboration with Upper Management: Participate in weekly meetings with upper management to discuss project development, campaign performance, and the flow of content. Ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and industry trends.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, e-commerce sales, and social media engagement. Use insights to optimize digital marketing efforts and ensure business goals are met.
