Description:
DIGITAL MARKETING & ECOMMERCE MANAGER
As our Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager, you will spearhead the strategies that increase the digital reach of our brands and drive our eCommerce business growth. You will be responsible for project managing and executing our comprehensive product launch strategy, and website-centric digital activities, and reporting on their effectiveness, with a view to continual improvement.

We are a rapidly growing business based in Coalville, Leicestershire. Our existing portfolio consists of four core brands, which include a diverse range of exciting products, including composite building materials, signage, hand dryers and digital signage solutions. We need to ensure that our brands have maximum exposure online (nationally and internationally) and you will be an important part of the team to make this happen.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the eCommerce function to increase sales and grow its net contribution.
- Own the processes and implement best practices for launching new products on our websites – from managing/taking product photography and asset production, through to creation of product listings and promotions.
- Create, update, and regularly monitor the product content on all our eCommerce storefronts.
- Own the day-today update and maintenance of our brand websites and eCommerce stores, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor our web analytics and make suggestions for improving UX with a goal of increasing key conversions.
- Suggest and implement web functionality improvements to bring us in line with modern eCommerce expectations.
- Collaborate with our internal Content Creator to ensure smooth publishing of content and facilitate reporting on the effectiveness of content campaigns.
- Create, develop, execute, monitor and continually improve our conversion-focused PPC campaigns with a goal to improve ROI.
- Monitor our automated email campaigns (e.g. cart abandonment and other conversion follow-up emails) and make improvements as required.
- Extend support in further digital areas such as paid/general social media marketing, eMail marketing, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and website UX.
- Develop and implement best practices for SEO.
- Continually monitor competitor digital marketing activity and report on trends and suggested actions.
- Produce executive reports on PPC, web performance and eCommerce data, clearly advising on ROI, and with a focus on actionable insights.
- Manage the organisation of all marketing digital assets.
