Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Reports to: CEO
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fashion industry, digital marketing trends, and strategies for engaging B2B audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly targeting corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEM campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Esta services to corporate clients.
  • Identify target corporate clients and tailor marketing efforts to meet their needs.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing).
  • Create and manage content for digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and corporate client interests.
  • Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with team to produce high-quality digital content, including case studies, and social media posts.
  • Develop compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with corporate clients.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing metrics and present insights and recommendations to CEO.
  • SEO and SEM:
  • Optimize website and content for search engines to increase organic traffic.
  • Manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and maintain a strong social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Engage with corporate clients through social media channels to build relationships and brand loyalty.
